Kim Jeske

I lead teams that build documentation and content experiences that help customers succeed. My work sits at the intersection of content strategy, user experience, and team leadership.

I started as a technical writer, and for a long time, that was exactly where I wanted to be. I loved the craft — making complex things clear, finding the right structure, writing for real people with real questions.

What started as a craft evolved into a practice. I learned that great documentation isn't just well-written — it's strategically designed. It's built for how people actually search, read, and integrate. Whether that's a developer scanning API docs, an AI agent parsing a reference, or a CTO evaluating your platform. That shift in thinking — from "writing good docs" to "designing docs as a product" — is what I now help companies operationalize.
